Special Project of Upper Valley HFH

Northeast Kingdom Habitat for Humanity is a local project committee of Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity. We serve communities in Caledonia, Orleans and Essex counties, including Danville, St. Johnsbury, Concord, Lyndonville, Barton, Burke, Orleans, Newport and Derby. To date, we have helped five families build or renovate homes. The NEK group is trying to revive an affiliate that did excellent work from 1988-2002. It is currently partnering with Gilman Housing Trust to complete a home in Orleans, and helping a National Guard Iraq veteran and his family build their home in Brownington.
